Terms of Use — GPS Speed

By installing, pre-registering for, or using GPS Speed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or pre-register.

1) Service

GPS Speed provides a speedometer and driving tools using your device location. Speed and GPS data are approximate. Do not use this app as your sole navigation or safety instrument while driving.

2) Pro subscriptions & purchases

• Pro features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account subscription settings.

3) Google Play pre-registration reward

This section applies if you pre-register for GPS Speed on Google Play before the app is published in your country. By tapping Pre-register and accepting this reward, you agree to the following.

• Eligibility: You must pre-register through the official Google Play store listing for GPS Speed (com.diyomx.gpsspeed) while pre-registration is active in your country. One reward per Google Play account.
• Reward: Eligible users receive a one-time in-app item (pre_reg_reward) delivered free by Google Play when the app launches (or when you install after launch, per Play rules). The app unlocks 14 days of GPS Speed Pro (no ads, precise GPS, HUD metrics, sprint tests, and other Pro features) from the first time the reward is granted in the app.
• Founder offers: For 30 days after the reward is first granted, the app may show optional discounted yearly or lifetime Pro prices (pro_y_founder, pro_lifetime_prereg). These are separate paid purchases; prices and availability are shown in the app and on Google Play.
• No cash value: The pre-registration reward and any trial period have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or combined with other promotions unless we state otherwise.
• Delivery: Google Play delivers the reward; we do not control Play account eligibility, auto-install, or notification timing. You may need to open the app after install for the reward to be applied.
• End of trial: When the 14-day Pro period ends, Pro features and ad removal end unless you subscribe or purchase Pro through the store.
• Changes & abuse: We may modify or end future pre-registration campaigns. Fraudulent pre-registration or reward abuse may result in forfeiture of the reward and suspension of access.
• Store rules: Google Play’s terms and pre-registration policies also apply. Pre-registration is not available on Apple App Store.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass paid features, abuse pre-registration rewards, or use the app in violation of local traffic laws.

5) Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. See the Safety disclaimer for driving-related warnings.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIYOMX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including accidents or reliance on displayed speed.

7) Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle data, including pre-registration and purchase verification.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use or pre-registration after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
